 NEW - The optional ThermaWing Infra-Red Heater, for shot cycle laminating of shaped components, we are delighted to introduce the new ThermaWing Infra-red heater. This is the latest development to come from the Air Press Company and forms and optional addition to the Vacutherm range of membrane presses, with sizes to match.

The ThermaWing has one of the most advance control systems on the market. Achieving a uniform temperature is crucial when fast curing glue lines and this was top of our agenda when developing this machine.
 
 FEATURES

 Rows of ceramic Infra-red emitters - fixed to angle adjustable "wings" for wrap around heating.

 Individual row temperature controls for maximum efficiency.

•

 250mm stroke for unit high adjustment at the touch of a button

•

 Pneumatically controlled hood for access to the platen with safe operational programming.

•

 Consistent cycle times of well under ten minutes are achievable.
