FURNITURE MAKING AND SHOPFITTING
The versatility of vacuum laminating and veneering makes the Air Press ideal for limitless jobs
around the workshop. You can now upgrade to the Bench Press for ease of use and accelerated
pressing. For fast cycle flat veneering, check out our new range of pneumatic, heated flat bed
presses at almost half the price of hydraulic presses.

The new Vac Pots can be added to the system for instant clamping of panel products for routing,
sanding, polishing, planning etc and are great for on site use.

JOINERY/STAIRBUILDING
Did you know that you can use the Air Press for laminating curved “strings” and hand rails? Using our
custom stair bags (long and narrow) you can produce perfect laminations without the need for dozens
of clamps. Just slide the laminates inside the bag, fix in position on your drum former and switch on the
vacuum pump.

FURNITURE RESTORATION
The Air Press can be used for all sorts of restoration jobs, from patching veneers to reveneering table tops.
The system can cope with both knife cut and sawn veneers and can be used with all adhesives including low
temperature hide glues. Try out the new Vac Pots for holding panels for sanding, staining and polishing. The high
vacuum holds your work absolutely still without clamp marks.

KITCHEN/BATHROOM MANUFACTURING
The low cost Vac Pot System is a must for holding panels for trimming, routing, hinging, drilling etc and can be set up
on any flat bench surface both in the factory and on site.

Laminating and veneering wooden components such as doors and panels has always been a tricky job requiring
male and female formers and either a large and expensive press or an awful lot of clamps. There are now three
systems available – the portable Air Press, The Bench Press and the Vacutherm.

Couple these machines with the Mikutherm for fast and efficient thermoforming of Corian and other solid

SOLID SURFACE FABRICATION
Thermoforming solid and acrylic surface materials such as Corian and Perspex is easily achieved with the Mikutherm pre heating machine and the Vacutherm Membrane Press. Together they form the perfect partnership for the safe and efficient production of curved panels, upstands, shower trays, sinks etc.

Where the budget will not stretch to the more sophisticated Vacutherm, take a look at the new Bench Press which incorporates many of the unique features of the Vacutherm at a quarter of the cost. Of course workholding couldn’t be easier with the new Vac Pot clamping System.
